I was dog sitting for someone and their guest bathroom toilet flooded the entire bathroom and guest bedroom. I called the owners and they were able to get David out here within an hour. Unbelievably responsive and extremely professional. We had a water heater pipe that burst at our condo while we were out to dinner. As you can imagine, there was a lot of water. I reached out to UWR and David was at our place within the hour and got right to work. I was consistently updated every day and they were sure to keep checking for moisture in all rooms. All of their equipment was readily available from the start and there were no issues with communication. They worked directly with our insurance company and made it easy. When disasters happen, the last thing you want to worry about is a bad clean-up experience. I'm so happy I chose UWR and our place is as good as new.
